Loaded Tabletop Nachos w/ Tabasco Salsa Picante

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large bag tortilla chips
Cheese Sauce
TABASCO® Salsa Picante to taste ½ cup milk or heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
Toppings
1 cup pico de gallo
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup guacamole
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Finish
TABASCO® Salsa Picante, to taste Preparation
Season and cook ground beef in a pan on medium-high heat until cooked through and browned.
Heat black beans in a pot until warm.
Prepare the cheese sauce in a pot over medium heat. Add milk to pot. Once warm, slowly add cheese and continually stir until melted and blended. Once melted, add TABASCO® Salsa Picante to spice level preference. Stir until combined.
Next, cover countertop or tabletop in tin foil and assemble a layer of tortilla chips. Layer ingredients in the following order: ground beef, pico de gallo, cheese sauce, cilantro, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.
Finish with TABASCO® Salsa Picante to taste.
