Avocado Fries with TABASCO® Sriracha Dipping Sauce
Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Add flour to a plastic zipper bag. Add avocado slices, seal and shake to coat avocados in flour. Remove avocados from bag and discard bag with excess flour.
Whisk together eggs, water and TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk together bread crumbs, garlic powder, chili powder and salt. Dip flour-coated avocado slices into the Sriracha-egg wash. Next, toss them into the bread-crumb mixture and coat well.
Place breaded avocados in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray generously with cooking spray. Bake until crispy and browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Blend all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Serve Avocado Fries warm with Dipping Sauce.
