We’re spicing up summer & bringing the heat to lobster roll season. Meet the Saltie Girl x TABASCO® Brand Lobster Roll. Fresh, chilled lobster piled high on a buttery, toasted bun, tossed in curry spiced with TABASCO® Sauce & topped with fried shallots & micro cilantro.

Ingredients
6 oz Curry Spiced with TABASCO® Sauce
4 Hot Dog Buns (preferably New England Style, Split-Top)
6 oz Butter, unsalted
1 lbs Lobster Meat (Tail, Knuckle & Claw Mix)
2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
1 tsp Kosher Salt (Diamond Crystal preferred)
4 tsp Crispy Shallots (optional)
For Curry Spiced with TABASCO® Sauce:
5.5 oz Kewpie Mayonnaise
1.5 oz Coco Lopez
3 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
.75 tsp Madras Curry
.5 tsp Kosher Salt (Diamond Crystal preferred)
Preparation
Toast buns with butter on a flat-top griddle, or in a cast iron pan. Ensure that the sides have full contact with the surface.
In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat with the curry spiced with TABASCO® Sauce & chives, gently mix until fully coated.
Evenly distribute & gently pile dressed lobster mix into the buns. Top with crispy shallots.
Serve with a lemon wedge, a mini TABASCO® Sauce bottle, & your favorite sides.
