Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a covered jar until well combined. Use to dress salad greens, or with cold vegetable, meat, or fish dishes.

Makes about 1 cup.
