  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Brush on vegetables while grilling. (May be stored in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days; bring to room temperature before using.)

Makes 1 cup.
