Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Pass potatoes through a ricer or place in a bowl and mash with a potato masher. Cover and keep warm.
Combine milk, green onions, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; heat until butter is melted and milk is hot. Add TABASCO® Green Sauce, then add to potatoes, beating until consistency is very creamy. Add salt to taste and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
