Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until brown on all sides. With a slotted spoon, remove meat to a plate.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium heat; add onions, asparagus, bell pepper, carrots, ginger, and garlic and cook about 3 minutes. Add water, TABASCO® Soy Sauce, TABASCO® Green Sauce, salt, and steak and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
