Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut remaining wings in two at the joints. Arrange wings in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp and golden brown, about 35 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Place wings in a bowl and toss with steak sauce. (Wings may be prepared to this point up to 1 day in advance. Cover and refrigerate until needed; remove wings from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.)
Grill wings over medium heat until lightly browned and heated through, about 5 minutes. Or, bake wings in a 350°F oven until heated through, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
