Cut the oranges and lemons in half. Place them, the tea bags, and water in a large pot, bring to a boil, and let boil until the rinds of the citrus are soft.
Strain the liquid and sweeten with sugar to taste. Add the wine and whiskey to the hot liquid and serve immediately.
Makes about 2 1/2 quarts
Eula Mae found this recipe in her husband's file box. At the bottom of the paper on which it was written, it says, "Do not drink this before going hunting!"
