  • 2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 small ripe avocado, diced
  • 2/3 cup peeled, seeded, diced cucumber
  • 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 cup cracked ice
  • Additional mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
