White Pizza with Clams and Bacon

  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • Cornmeal
  • 1 (10-ounce) can clams, drained
  • 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • Olive oil


Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare a 12-inch round pizza crust according to package directions. Dust crust lightly with cornmeal.

Distribute clams evenly over dough; follow with bacon, cheese, garlic, and oregano. Drizzle with TABASCO® Sauce and olive oil. Place on a pizza pan or stone and bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.
