Scrub potatoes and cut in half; place on a baking sheet. Combine olive oil, TABASCO® Buffalo Style Sauce, and rosemary in a small bowl; drizzle over potatoes and toss until well coated.

Spread potatoes out in a single layer and roast in a 425°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crisp and browned, flipping potatoes with a spatula several times during cooking to ensure even browning. Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt, and serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
