  • 2 large or 4 small ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin


Cut avocados in half, remove seeds, and peel. Place pulp in a mixing bowl with lime juice and TABASCO® Buffalo Style Sauce and mash with a fork. Stir in tomato, cilantro, garlic, and cumin and mix well.

Makes about 2 cups.
