  • 12 pounds tomatoes
  • 1 bottle gin
  • 1/2 ounce TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 ounces balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 ounce cracked Chinese long grain peppercorn
  • 2 ounces spicy pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish
  • 1 jar TABASCO® brand Spicy Beans, garnish
  • Cracked white pepper


Process or blend tomatoes to fill gallon receptacle. Mix entire ingredients with immersion blender to homogeneous state.

Garnish with spicy beans, cracked white pepper and a dash of TABASCO® Sauce.

Yields one gallon.
