Spicy Mary

Ingredients

12 pounds tomatoes
1 bottle gin
1/2 ounce TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
3/4 ounces balsamic vinegar
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 ounce cracked Chinese long grain peppercorn
2 ounces spicy pickle juice
2 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish
1 jar TABASCO® brand Spicy Beans, garnish
Cracked white pepper

Preparation

Process or blend tomatoes to fill gallon receptacle. Mix entire ingredients with immersion blender to homogeneous state.

Garnish with spicy beans, cracked white pepper and a dash of TABASCO® Sauce.

Yields one gallon.
