Combine soy sauce, garlic, scallions, sesame oil, pear nectar, TABASCO® Sauce, vinegar and ginger in shallow glass baking dish. Mix well.
Place chicken in mixture, turning to coat. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Bake chicken 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350º F. Cook chicken 40 minutes longer, turning once until cooked through.
