Preheat grill or broiler.*
Brush pork with 1 teaspoon TABASCO® Sauce. Cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and cooked until desired wellness. When cool enough to handle, thinly slice.
Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook until tender and lightly golden, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine honey and 1 teaspoon TABASCO® Sauce. Mix well. Place rolls cut-side up on work surface. Spread some honey mixture on one side of each roll. Arrange pork slices on rolls; top with onion mixture, pickle slices, sliced ham and Swiss cheese. Close sandwiches.
Brush bread lightly with olive oil. Place sandwiches on grill. Cover lightly with foil. Place a cast-iron skillet or other heavy weight on top of sandwiches. Cook 4 minutes per side, turning carefully.
*To cook indoors: Cook sandwiches in 12-inch skillet or panini grill over medium heat as above until golden.
