Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1/4-inch strips. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on all sides, stirring frequently.
Add cherries, brandy, green onions, TABASCO® Sauce, and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cream and heat through. Toss with pasta and serve immediately.
