Roast Beef and Arugula Sandwiches with Roasted Red Pepper Spread

  • 1 large round peasant bread loaf
  • (8-ounces) sliced cooked roast beef
  • 2 cups washed arugula leaves
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained


Prepare spread: Combine roasted red peppers, mayonnaise and TABASCO® Green Sauce in blender or food processor; process until smooth.

Prepare sandwiches: Cut bread in half horizontally with serrated knife. Spread cut sides with roasted red pepper spread. Place roast beef, arugula and artichoke hearts on bottom half of bread. Top with remaining half of loaf.

Makes 4 servings.
