Cut tomatoes crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices with serrated knife. Beat egg with TABASCO® Green Sauce in shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in second shallow bowl.
Dip tomato slices into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, shaking off excess.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, a few slices at a time; cook until golden on both sides, turning once. Repeat with remaining butter and tomato slices. Serve hot.
