Preheat oven to 400°F. Pierce bratwurst with fork. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat; add bratwurst and brown on all sides. Remove bratwurst from pan. Add onion and cabbage; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add apple, caraway seeds, TABASCO® Green Sauce, chicken stock and bratwurst; heat to boiling over high heat. Cover; place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
