Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork. Drain and cut in half lengthwise.
Meanwhile, combine butter and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl and mix well; spread 3/4 teaspoon over cut side of each potato and season each with a pinch of savory.
Place on a broiler pan lined with aluminum foil and broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned, watching carefully. Serve hot.
