Mix together all the ingredients to combine. Serve at room temperature. Use as directed in Grilled Chipotle Catfish with Pineapple Mint Salsa and Chipotle Barbecued Ribs with Beer.
Can be stored in a tightly-closed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Bring back to room temperature before serving.
