Insert a wooden skewer into one end of a hot dog, push through the length of the dog and pull out the other end. Repeat with each hot dog. Place hot dogs in a saucepan, add the ale and the TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes. Allow hot dogs to cool in the ale, and set aside until ready to use. (You can also transfer to a sealable plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.) Heat a grill to medium and cook hot dogs until desired doneness. Serve immediately on buns.
Makes 8 servings.
