  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat a grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill or broil 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve with salsa.

Makes 6 servings.
