Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce

Preparation

Beat eggs with TABASCO® Original Red Sauce in a small bowl. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat; add eggs and cook to desired doneness. Set aside.

Lightly grill one tortilla, or heat it in a skillet over medium-low heat. Sprinkle with half the cheese, then spoon on scrambled eggs and sprinkle with remaining cheese; top with remaining tortilla. Carefully flip quesadilla and cook until cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with TABASCO® Green Sauce and serve.

Makes 1 serving.
