Combine TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and cream cheese in a small bowl and blend until smooth; spread half of mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle chicken and onion evenly over one tortilla and place remaining tortilla on top with cream cheese side down.
Carefully place quesadilla on a griddle or in large skillet over medium heat. Grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and heated through. Cut into wedges, garnish with cilantro, and serve with salsa.
