Green Pepper Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla, warmed
  • 2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
  • 2 ounces chorizo sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour eggs into skillet and cook into a flat omelet.

Place eggs on warm tortilla and sprinkle evenly with TABASCO® Green Sauce; top with chorizo and cheese. Roll tortilla into a tight cylinder, tucking in both ends. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving.
