Chipotle-Marinated T-Bone Steak

  • 1/4 cup TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (1 1/2-inch-thick) T-bone steak, about 1 1/2 pounds


Combine TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Coat steak on both sides with marinade; cover and refrigerate one hour. Grill steak over medium-high heat to desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare), turning once.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
