Tuna Corn Salad

  • 2 (6-ounce) cans tuna packed in water
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn, cooked according to package directions and drained
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill several hours. Serve on a bed of salad greens.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
