  • 1 baguette French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 cup diced plum tomatoes, drained of excess juice
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (4-ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • Salt to taste


Preheat broiler. Place bread slices on broiling pan and broil until lightly toasted on both sides. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, gently combine remaining ingredients until well blended; mound mixture generously on bread. Arrange on a platter and garnish with a sprig of basil. Serve immediately.

Makes 20 to 24 pieces.
