  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • Sliced turkey
  • Sliced herb-garlic or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chutney
  • Romaine lettuce


Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat; drain and reserve. Combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl and mix well. Spread on one side of each slice of toast. Top one slice toast with turkey and cheese; top with another slice of toast and bacon, chutney and romaine. Finish with toast and anchor with toothpicks. Cut in half.

Makes 1 to 2 servings.
