Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced cooked new potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2 red onions, sliced thinly
  • 4 oranges, sectioned
  • Salad greens
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce

Preparation

Arrange potatoes, celery, onion and orange sections in a salad bowl lined with salad greens. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad and toss well. Season to taste with salt and additional TABASCO® Sauce.

Makes 8 servings.
