Roasted Thyme Potato Slices

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 4 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices


Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter, salt, thyme and TABASCO® Sauce in a 9-inch square baking pan. Add potato slices and toss to coat well. Spread slices out in pan. Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

Makes 4 servings.
