  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve chilled.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

    This was a great sauce for grilled bacon wrapped shrimp! Zippy without overpowering the shrimp.
