Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain; cut into small chunks.
In a medium-sized baking dish, combine potatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, yogurt, salt and TABASCO® Sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in a 350°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
