  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper


Melt butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add green and red cabbage, onion, salt, TABASCO® Sauce, and black pepper; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
