Place pork in a bowl or baking dish and slather on both sides with mustard. Combine TABASCO® Soy Sauce or Tamari and TABASCO® Original Red Sauce and pour over pork; marinate at least l hour, turning once or twice.
Preheat grill to high. Place roast on grill and cover grill; cook roast 20 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Adjust time to larger or smaller pieces of meat. Best if not overcooked and still juicy.
