Melt butter in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in mustard.
Gradually stir in consomme, Worcestershire sauce, wine, and TABASCO® Sauce and blend well. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Serve over shrimp.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
