  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cut into chunks (5 cups)


Stir together celery, oil, green onion, vinegar, salt, and TABASCO® Sauce in a large bowl. Add potatoes; gently toss to coat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or refrigerate several hours.

Makes 6 cups.
