Combine TABASCO® Green Sauce, garlic powder, salt, cumin, thyme, and allspice in a small bowl and mix well. Spread mixture on both sides of pork chops.
Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat; add pork chops and cook until well browned on all sides. Add water to skillet and bring to a boil, stirring to loosen brown bits on bottom of pan. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
