Combine olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, TABASCO® Sauce, and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
Rinse swordfish and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Place steaks in a shallow dish and season generously with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil mixture and turn to coat both sides. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat. Grill steaks 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred; turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or to desired doneness. Do not overcook.
