Spicy Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 4 to 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas


Combine cream cheese, olives, green onions and TABASCO® Sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Spread a thin layer of mixture over each tortilla. Starting at one end, gently roll each tortilla into a tight tube. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

To serve, remove plastic wrap, trim ends from tortilla rolls, and cut each into eight (1-inch) slices. Lay slices flat on a colorful platter.

Makes 32 to 48 pieces.
