Hi,
This is about the Guacamole dip. I live in southern California. Near where I live is heavy Mexican. If you want good Mexican food, get a Mexican to make it. And some of them make a mean Guacamole dip. Sometimes, when no one is looking I spoon it in, because it tastes so good.
But one of the things they do is stir the seed in and leave it in. They say it improves the flavour. Have you guys heard that?
I love Mexican food. One of the things I want to do before I die is to eat at least once every Mexican restaurant in Santa Ana. And there are a lot.
