Spicy Leftover Tacos
In a bowl mix together the sour cream, lime juice and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, and then set aside
In a frying pan or skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and garlic until soft
Stir in the shredded chicken or turkey, add the cranberry sauce, TABASCO® Sauce, ground cumin and vinegar. Cook until heated through, stirring constantly, for around 5 mins
Season with salt and pepper
Spoon the chicken/turkey mixture on a heated tortilla and garnish with the avocado, radish, cilantro, feta and lime wedges
Serve topped with a drizzle of the sour cream mixture or in a bowl on the side, and a crisp side salad
