1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 pounds pork loin or rib chops, about 1 inch thick (with bone), trimmed
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine onion, orange juice, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, lime juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and allspice in a large bowl. Add pork chops. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Let rest 5 minutes. Brush with additional TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce just before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
