2 cups shredded sharp cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
1 whole hatch green chile, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper

1 1/4 pounds 85% ground beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 whole hatch green chiles, chopped

10 whole wheat slider buns
2 large tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
Prepare the pimento cheese: In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare the burger: In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well with your hands. Shape into small patties about 1/4 cup in size. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 4-5 patties at a time flattening into a disc shape. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.
Toast the buns and top each bun with a patty, tomato slice and large scoop of pimento cheese.
