1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 large celery stalks, diced
2 large carrots, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
3 1/2 cups turkey or chicken broth
2 cups diced leftover turkey
1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup small bowtie pasta or egg noodles
Preparation
Heat oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat; add celery, carrots, and onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Add broth, turkey, corn, parsley, salt, and TABASCO® Sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
