2 teaspoons bourbon
1 pinch kosher salt
2 teaspoons butter, melted
Vegetable oil
2 dozen chicken wings
1/4 cup Wondra® flour or rice flour

Preparation

Combine TABASCO® Cayenne Garlic Pepper Sauce, maple syrup, bourbon, and salt; whisk in melted butter in small amounts until sauce is thickened and smooth.

Preheat vegetable oil in fryer to 350º F.
