    Agree with John; a 12 oz. bottle would be good. Serious. Ideally I would have it on tap with a pipeline directly from the source, but that's just too much to hope for. But again, the big, 12 oz. bottle of the green is something I will buy, repeatedly. Please make it happen.
    Also, why green? Because as I get older the really hot stuff makes my guts hurt and I therefore have to tone it down a notch or two. Tabasco Green, along with Wasabi and Colman's are a lot easier on my gastrointestinal tract.

    This Sauce is pure mana from heaven! I have yet to find a soup, sandwich, or entrée I haven't enjoyed with this sauce. I keep a backup bottle in my pantry, it's that delicious. McIlhenny, you've done good.
