Combine all ingredients in a bowl; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with boiled or fried fish or seafood.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

    For smaller amounts, use 1 part horseradish, 2 parts ketchup, and a couple of good shakes from the Tabasco bottle. Adjust to taste.

    I have an almost identical recipe. The Worcestershire is optional and the horseradish and Tabasco are to taste. (I use more) It is excellent!
